About the Role: We are hiring energetic freshers for our Customer Service & Demo Coordination team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service, coordination, and CRM operations . You’ll be the link between our customers and sales team, helping with lead follow-ups, demo coordination, and ensuring smooth daily operations. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule product demos. Coordinate with sales, operations, and field teams for a smooth customer experience. Maintain and update data accurately on CRM tools (Zoho/Odoo). Prepare basic reports and track demo status, conversions, and customer follow-ups. Support day-to-day customer service tasks and communications. What We’re Looking For: Freshers with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good coordination and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets. Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Qualification: Any graduate (Business/Commerce/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory). Internship or project experience in customer service/sales is a bonus.
