The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring streamlined service delivery.Salary: ₹16,000 take home.6 days working, with a fixed Sunday off.Shift timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.We are looking for an immediate joiner.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in English and any regional language.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer queries efficiently.Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAttend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Support team members and collaborate to improve customer service delivery.
