We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced finance professional to join our finance team at Manipal Hospitals

Role: Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Manipal Hospitals Corporate office (Old airport road, Bengaluru)


What You’ll Do:


  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function , including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates on financial performance to department heads and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and marketing, to align financial plans with business objectives
  • Support the development of financial strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis to increase efficiency and accuracy


What We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CA or CWA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provideactionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and budgeting tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders
