We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced Litigation Professionals to join our team at Manipal Hospitals

Role: Litigation
Location: Bangalore
What You’ll Do:
The position holder will be responsible for drafting and vetting notices, pleadings and submissions for medico-legal and commercial litigation. Will maintain a tracker of all litigations, analyze, reporting trends and provide insights for litigation prevention.
Maintain, monitor and analyze statutory and regulatory compliance levels across all group hospitals.
Active management of medico legal cases by coordinating with the medical teams and the advocates.
Drafting notices, vetting notices, responding/handling statutory notices, regulatory notices and different complaints by our patrons.
Monitoring of the cases by coordinating with both internal and external stake holders.
Draft recovery notice and actively participate in recovery of dues.
Analyze the legal risk and cost to the company and advise the management for implementation of strategy to mitigate the risk.
Assistance in due diligence and M&A activities & Company Secretarial activities.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum of 1 - 4 years of experience in various courts and regulatory tribunals applicable to healthcare establishments.
Good communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills
Counseling skills.
