About the Job:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced Hospital Operations Professionals to join our team at Manipal Hospitals

Role: Hospital Operations
Location: Bangalore
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement process improvement plan in order to increase patient inflow
Resolve inter-departmental clinical operational issues for smooth functioning
Identify gaps in process, streamline and ensure closure
Streamline quality improvement processes
Consultation room utilization and analysis
Drive internal and external audit processes in hospital, ensure closure of NC's identified and implementing corrective actions
Operational budget compliance, provide support data for clinical capital acquisition requests, manage capital needs
Approve indents for operational requirements as per department protocol
Approve communication of hospital information as appropriate through hospital network structure
Customer feedback analysis and corrective / continuous improvement measure implementation
Plan and implement cost control measures and Implementation of measures to Improve the Revenue P&L, profitability, employee productivity
What We Are Looking For:
Any Graduate + MHA
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the role of Hospital Operations
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
