Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media, SEO, Web Development)


Reports to: Business Head


Location: Jodhpur


Salary Range :


  • Mid-level (4-7 years of experience) : ₹250,000 - ₹400,000 per year
  • Senior-level (8-12 years of experience) : ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 per year


Job Summary:


We're seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, drive website traffic, and enhance our brand's digital footprint. This role combines social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and website development responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media (30%):


  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create engaging content, manage social media calendars, and schedule posts.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies.
  • Run social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries.


SEO (25%):


  • Conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies.
  • Monitor website analytics and track keyword rankings.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and best practices.


Website Development (45%):


  • Design, develop, and maintain our website along with selected website partners.
  • Ensure website security, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing designs.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and provide support.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service).
  • Analyze website analytics and provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Participate in website planning, testing, and launch.


Requirements:


  • 4 - 12 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and web development.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and web development technologies.
  • Excellent content creation, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.


Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with graphic design and video editing.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (desirable).
  • Certification in digital marketing, SEO, or web development.
