Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality In-charge to oversee our wood polishing processes and raw material quality control at INDIAN FACTORY in Jodhpur.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that involves managing wood polishing operations, ensuring production standards, conducting quality control inspections, and overseeing raw material quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee wood polishing processes and ensure high-quality finishes
  • Manage raw material quality and supplier relationships
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections on finished furniture items
  • Maintain production standards and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in wood polishing and raw material quality control
  • Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to conduct quality control inspections and identify defects
  • Problem-solving skills in production processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of sustainability practices in manufacturing is a plus

Salary Range
