About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented High-Performing Sales Executive to drive our client's growth and strengthen our market position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian General Insurance landscape and a proven track record of success in both corporate and retail sales.


Location: Bangalore, Pune

Experience: 0-1 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Penetration: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate finance and HR departments. Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques. Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
  • Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in corporate and retail sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indian General Insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
