The candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies, maintain and grow client relationships, and manage sales activities for the company's services. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the creative and styling teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations. This role allows for a combination of onsite and remote work, offering flexibility while fostering collaboration.Key Skills & Attributes:- Strong background in hospitality, F&B business development, or catering sales.- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ability.- Knowledge of bakery/pastry/dessert industry trends.- Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage P&L and scale operations.- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.- Have relevant experience of 4-5 years in similar industry.
