The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Digital Media, proven leadership skills, a
strategic mindset, and a track record of successfully generating business and high performing teams.
Experience Range: 10 years+
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies to retain existing clients, expand their wallet share, and increase revenue.
Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
Strategising efforts towards good market coverage to maximize visibility for CereOne offerings, generate new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
Monitor Sales metrics like no. of calls made by the sales team, Pipeline maintenance &updation hygiene, revenue forecasts and market coverage.
Stay informed on Industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork.
Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests.
Understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem will be an advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of Digital Media Sales experience, with around 1-2 yrs experience in Ad-tech / Programmatic company.
Proven experience of 8 years in Digital Sales in the South Media Industry.
Strong network and relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the South Market.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Creative, Problem Solver with the ability to understand needs of the customers and deliver innovative solutions.
Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
