The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Digital Media, proven leadership skills, a
strategic mindset, and a track record of successfully generating business and high performing teams.
Experience Range: 10 years+
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies to retain existing clients, expand their wallet share, and increase revenue.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Strategising efforts towards good market coverage to maximize visibility for CereOne offerings, generate new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor Sales metrics like no. of calls made by the sales team, Pipeline maintenance &updation hygiene, revenue forecasts and market coverage.
- Stay informed on Industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork.
- Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests.
- Understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem will be an advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of Digital Media Sales experience, with around 1-2 yrs experience in Ad-tech / Programmatic company.
- Proven experience of 8 years in Digital Sales in the South Media Industry.
- Strong network and relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the South Market.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Creative, Problem Solver with the ability to understand needs of the customers and deliver innovative solutions.
- Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
- Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
