A Juniper Mist Wireless Engineer is responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing wireless networks using Juniper's Mist AI-driven platform. This role combines deep technical expertise in wireless networking with the ability to leverage AI tools for proactive network assurance and automation. Network Deployment & Configuration: AI-Driven Operations: Utilize Mist's Marvis AI to monitor network performance, automate troubleshooting, and proactively resolve issues.

· Performance Optimization: Conduct RF planning and tuning, manage channel assignments, and ensure optimal wireless coverage and capacity.

· 1X, and RADIUS, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support and engineering, to address network issues and implement enhancements.

· Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in wireless networking concepts, including 802.Juniper Mist Experience: Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist AI platform, including configuration and management of wireless networks.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze network performance data and make informed decisions to enhance network efficiency.

· Experience working in environments with multiple networking vendors, integrating Juniper Mist solutions with existing infrastructure.

· Cloud Networking: Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and the ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud-managed wireless networks.
