This premier internship is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology, politics, and public policy.

We are seeking bright, motivated engineering students who are passionate about applying their technical skills to solve real-world political and social challenges.

As an intern, you will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including Campaigns, Political Intelligence, and Research.

Engage in a comprehensive 2-month training program designed to bridge the gap between engineering and politics.

The program consists of two tracks: Technical and Political. The Technical Track includes intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.

The Political Track includes seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.

Through hands-on experience, you will work with election data, legislative records, and other datasets to identify trends and produce actionable insights.

Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.

Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing, high-impact projects.

Required qualifications include being currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or being a recent graduate.

Additionally, you have a strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.
