Job Title: Technical Process Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of work by harnessing AI and digital innovation.

  • Utilize experience in insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for support teams.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor and attend to requests via client service platforms in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support broking teams in collaborating with account management to initiate renewals.
  • Identify and retrieve relevant compliance documentation for new policies and policy renewals.
  • Calculate adjustments and premiums on policies and other insurance documents.
  • Ensure accurate outputs and client deliverables according to guidelines and policy detail.
  • Communicate directly with underwriters/brokers/account executives.
  • Assist colleagues in troubleshooting and resolving basic issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Relevant years of experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle.
  • Cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
  • Proficient in English language - written and verbal.
