**Job Title:** Technical Lead

The technical lead will be a pivotal figure in the engineering team, responsible for leading technical direction and ensuring architectural integrity. This role demands a highly experienced individual with a deep technical background and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software systems and microservices.
  • Define technical standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and identify technical debt.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and technical presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development.
  • Extensive hands-on coding experience.
  • Deep expertise in designing applications leveraging MVC patterns.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficient in cloud technologies, specifically AWS and GCP.
  • Strong working experience with AI tool integration.
