Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketer to drive our business forward through innovative marketing strategies.

  • Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve measurable ROI.
  • SEO and Website Growth: Optimize website performance, manage technical SEO, and develop keyword growth strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to amplify thought leadership content and positioning the company as a market leader.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends in AI and automation and position the company accordingly.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Candidates from engineering or business backgrounds are preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing is desired, but freshers with strong internships/projects may also apply.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content creation, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
