As a Account Manager you will play a critical role in driving the success of a specialised recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing client relationships, and ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market to expand the practice area.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering innovative solutions.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Account Management:
Manage client accounts, acting as their go-to partner for recruitment needs.
Oversee large-scale recruitment projects, ensuring seamless delivery and high satisfaction.
Regularly communicate with clients to address feedback, provide market insights, and propose tailored solutions.
Performance Management:
Set clear KPIs for the team and monitor individual and collective performance.
Regularly analyse team results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure ongoing growth and success.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of TA consultants, creating a high-performance culture.
Provide hands-on coaching and support to help consultants achieve their targets and career goals.
Develop tailored training plans to continuously build the team’s recruitment and business development capabilities.
Market Expertise:
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
Develop a deep understanding of your practice area, enabling the team to provide specialised recruitment solutions.
Share market insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience in recruitment, account management, or business development, ideally within a consultancy or agency.
Manage P&L
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
