Sales Executive - B2B & B2CLocation: Hyderabad & Ahmedabad (On-site)We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Executives to drive both B2B and B2C growth across for our Healthcare vertical. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and healthcare professionals — while also engaging directly with patients and consumers to promote premium Healthcare care programs and servicesKey Responsibilities- B2B: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and medical professionals.- B2C: Engage directly with patients and families to promote healthcare packages and personalized wellness solutions.- Execute referral and network marketing strategies to expand reach and generate qualified leads.- Present and sell patient care packages and healthcare services through meetings, demos, and outreach campaigns.- Conduct face-to-face meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and leverage lead-generation tools (Snovio, Apollo, etc.).- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on localized campaigns and promotional initiatives.- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM, provide sales reports, and optimize strategy based on market feedback.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.- 1–4 years of combined B2B & B2C sales experience, ideally in healthcare, healthtech sectors.- Proven track record in consultative selling and meeting/exceeding sales targets.- Familiarity with selling healthcare packages, wellness plans, or digital health services is highly desirable.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
