Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and pricing experience.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Strategic Pricing: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and support business growth. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
Cost Management: Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in strategic pricing and revenue management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
