- Lead engagement with founder led SMEs in the sustainability sector to generate leads for B2B financing pan India.
- Originate leads through online and offline platforms and generate customer interest by understanding the potential client's requirement and structure products as per their business requirements, and maintain long term relationship with clients.
- Active engagements with leads through industry networking avenues-both online and offline like trade exhibitions, networking events, one on one meetings, online outreach through one on one connect, sales tools, campaigns, etc
- Create monthly/quarterly origination plan to generate B2B leads from targeted sectors- E-mobility, Renewable Energy, Agri, Climate, health or women led businesses.
- Reach out and empaneled of Channel Partners/Incubation Centers
- Understand business requirements from customers, help structure the deal, help underwriters with credit proposals & work with cross functions to scrutinize relevant documents until deal finalization.
- Maintain high client service satisfaction though out the process.
- Monthly MIS Sales reporting.
