To know more about us please visit m and m Designation: Product Sales Manag er Company Website : m, Job Responsibili ty: Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectiv es. TLC Tech Hotel- Ensuring training and use of our tech products within external and internal te ams Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimizat ion Identifying opportunities to market the Progr ams Identifying opportunities to generate Promo codes in various marke t. Product promotion to dept heads etc of client teams – benefits, use, applicability, training etc to create ongoing interest and opportun ity Leveraging technology and digital initiatives with local hotel team (under guidance from TLC Marketi ng)Organic posts + participation in eve nts Visibility – collaterals, displ ays Wedding and conference hasht ags Reporting and involvement of hotel teams in the above three points on every initiative taken to ensure ongoing engagem ent Program Marketing and create partnership through Direct Sales, Corporates, Hotels Sales etc. Also responsible for garnering data opportuniti es. Utlising various Partnership Opportunity Tools like curated memberships, digital campaigns, promo codes etc Escalations Managem ent Managing sales Managers- Recruting, training, oversight and presence in the hotel. Also, responsible for renewal conversion and new Sale per per son Contact Centre Management- Recruting, training, team oversight and performa nce Desired Pro file Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related fi eld. A go-getter, filled with initiative and self drive who can think out of the box.3-5 years of experience in sales of software services, preferably in hospitality technology or a related indus try. Fair to strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest services, and technology tre nds. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audien ces. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clie nts. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a t eam. Willingness to travel to client sites as nee ded. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Su ite. Experience in the sales and training of hospitality technology solutions, such as property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest experience platforms, or related produ cts.
