We simplify last-mile connectivity in underserved regions through technology-driven operations, enabling seamless access to essential goods, services, and climate-smart solutions for rural communities.   Market Intelligence & Segmentation: Conduct taluka-wise analysis of TAM, SAM, and SOM for energy-efficient product categories. Impact Research & Monitoring: Develop and manage a continuous feedback system on adoption, affordability, and satisfaction with clean-energy solutions. Evaluate ESG-linked project outcomes (social inclusion, CO₂ reduction, income uplift). Partnership Research: Map relevant government schemes, CSR programs, and institutional collaborations in clean energy and entrepreneurship. Enterprise & Ecosystem Analysis: Build a database of SHGs and MSMEs operating within project geographies. Generate monthly insights reports linking data findings to business and project decisions. Support internal teams with data-backed recommendations on product strategy, outreach design, and financing models. On field surveys: Work on-field, specifically north Karnataka to conduct surveys for primary research. Research Initiatives: Brainstorm, Ideate and implement new initiatives to get quality insights in green-energy adoption. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Data-driven insights published · Policy/partnership opportunities identified · Having good experience on primary and secondary research · ESG dashboard updates (CO₂ reduction, gender participation, livelihood impact) reported quarterly. Experience: Freshers or experienced · Master’s degree in Energy management, Environment, Rural Management/Development, other energy related field · Strong command on MS Excel and other data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ability to derive insights from primary and secondary data. · Kannada language fluency preferred Compensation:
