About the Role - We are seeking Sales Associates who are passionate about technology, sustainability, and client engagement. This role is ideal for those who enjoy connecting business strategy with technology solutions and aspire to grow in enterprise sales. - As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with senior leadership to expand Enlite's presence in the commercial building segment and play a key role in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across commercial building portfolios. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities in real estate, corporate campuses, and large facilities. - Engage with clients to understand their operational challenges and present Enlite's BMS solutions effectively. - Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable insights. - Prepare proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations for client meetings. - Track sales performance and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems. What We're Looking For - MBA along with Engineering graduate from a Tier 1 institute with strong communication and analytical skills. - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. - Strong interest in technology-driven sustainability and smart infrastructure. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling. - Self-driven, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
