ETB2 B was started 6 years back as an intrapreneurial venture where the idea was to go deeper within the different industries ETB2 B runs specialized B2 B media portals & communities covering news, opinion, analysis etc. These niche portals are either based on industry ( like auto, telecom etc) or function ( CIO, CFO etc). Position: Senior Associate - Audience Acquisition, ETHRWorld
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Acquisition for International ETHRWorld Vertical: Lead efforts to acquire delegates specifically within the HR sector, targeting international markets to ensure strong participation and engagement.
Registration Management: Handle registration calls, maintain and continuously build the delegate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Social Media Engagement: Connect with potential delegates across various social media platforms to enhance outreach and drive attendance, utilizing digital strategies to build awareness and engagement.
Daily Record Updates: Regularly update and manage registration records, ensuring the database reflects real-time data and providing accurate reports for internal teams.
Experience:
Prior experience in Audience Acquisition , specifically targeting international markets, with a strong focus on the HR sector.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective outreach and engagement with potential delegates.
Proven track record in B2 B industries, with an understanding of the nuances of professional event marketing and audience building.
