Position: Senior Associate - Audience Acquisition, ETHRWorld

Key Responsibilities:Audience Acquisition for International ETHRWorld Vertical:
Lead efforts to acquire delegates specifically within the HR sector, targeting international markets to ensure strong participation and engagement.Registration Management:
Handle registration calls, maintain and continuously build the delegate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Social Media Engagement:
Connect with potential delegates across various social media platforms to enhance outreach and drive attendance, utilizing digital strategies to build awareness and engagement.Daily Record Updates:
Regularly update and manage registration records, ensuring the database reflects real-time data and providing accurate reports for internal teams.
Experience:Prior experience in
Audience Acquisition , specifically targeting international markets, with a strong focus on the HR sector.Excellent
written and oral communication skills
for effective outreach and engagement with potential delegates.Proven track record in
B2B
industries, with an understanding of the nuances of professional event marketing and audience building.
