Exploring the role
We are looking to hire a Senior Partner - Sales, based in Delhi NCR, to lead our sales efforts in the APMEA region. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, and a proven performer in the travel technology sector. This person will play a critical role in expanding Rate Gain’s revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and market expansion.
How your day will look like/Job responsibility
•Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within the travel ecosystem in APMEA.
•Own the sales targets and work closely with the regional teams on helping them drive closures for allocated product
•Travelling involved, mostly within India/APMEA
•Exposure in selling travel Technology or Online Travel solutions to OTA’s
•Strong existing relationships/mapping, develop new relationships and active engagement with the key decision-makers and influencers from the travel ecosystem, including OTA’s.
•Nurture/grow market share and profitability within existing enterprise relationships
•Develop and execute GTM for targeted focus markets and, key-accounts within APMEA while working closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
•Implement best practice sales management and sales processes to nurture and grow Rate Gain’s market share
•Lead the development of key Sales and Marketing materials (e.g. standard client presentation, elevator pitch, collateral sheet, etc.)
•Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning, and trends.
•Provide continuous inputs, product feedback and product development activities to the internal organization, based on market/customer needs.
Education & Work Experience
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
•7+ years of experience in generating revenue
•Proficiency in English
•Willingness to travel within India/APMEA.
•Tech understanding is a plus
Knowledge
•Expertise in Saa S solutions for the hospitality industry, with a focus on the APMEA market.
•Deep understanding of sales strategies for client acquisition, retention, and growth in B2 B environments.
•Insight into the hospitality landscape in India/APMEA, including key players and trends.
•Skilled in using Salesforce for managing client relationships and forecasting.

•Strong ability to engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
•Proven track record in executing go-to-market strategies and closing large-scale deals.
•Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding quotas.
