Crystal Crop is thrilled to announce the acquisition of I&B Seeds and is now hiring for the HR Operations role at our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll disbursements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Maintain compliance with all statutory payroll requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable regulations.
  • Stay updated with labor law changes and ensure continuous adherence to statutory guidelines.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, life insurance, and other welfare initiatives.
  • Provident Fund (PF) Administration:
  • Manage PF registrations, maintenance, and monthly/annual filings.
  • Ensure compliance with PF regulations and provide support to employees regarding PF queries.
  • Insurance Management:
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to manage employee health, life, and other insurance policies.
  • Assist employees with insurance claims, renewals, and policy updates, including issuing medical cards.
  • MIS & Documentation:
  • Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee-related information.
  • Audit and Compliance Reporting:
  • Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Generate and submit compliance reports within specified deadlines.
  • Employee Queries and Support:
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, PF, insurance, and other HR matters.
  • Provide timely guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.

Education Qualification: MBA in HR (Regular)

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
