Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resource Manager role based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting, training, and compliance. They will oversee HR policies and procedures, handle performance management, and support organizational development initiatives on-site.
Qualifications
Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Training skills
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and performance management
Experience in organizational development and talent management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
