Job Description: Delivery Head / BU Head – IT Infrastructure & Cloud

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Summary

The Delivery Head / BU Head – IT Infrastructure & Cloud will lead the Infrastructure & Cloud Services Business Unit, owning end-to-end responsibility for growth, delivery excellence, client relationships, and talent development. This role calls for a strong blend of go-to-market strategy, solution architecture expertise, and large-scale delivery management. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud services, with a proven record of building and scaling high-performing delivery organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Business Growth

  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services across India and global markets.
  • Drive new client acquisition while expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to position Infra & Cloud offerings effectively.

Solution Architecture & Strategy

  • Apply prior Solution Architect experience to guide presales and solutioning initiatives.
  • Shape technical strategy to meet evolving client needs in cloud and infrastructure transformation.
  • Provide thought leadership on large-scale cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs.

Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services, transformation projects, and key client engagements.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, governance, operational excellence, and proactive risk management.
  • Establish standardized delivery frameworks and best practices across all accounts.
