Job Description: Delivery Head / BU Head – IT Infrastructure & Cloud Location: Bangalore, India Role Summary The Delivery Head / BU Head – IT Infrastructure & Cloud will lead the Infrastructure & Cloud Services Business Unit, owning end-to-end responsibility for growth, delivery excellence, client relationships, and talent development. This role calls for a strong blend of go-to-market strategy, solution architecture expertise, and large-scale delivery management. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud services, with a proven record of building and scaling high-performing delivery organizations. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market & Business Growth Define and execute the GTM strategy for IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services across India and global markets. Drive new client acquisition while expanding business within existing accounts. Partner with Sales and Marketing to position Infra & Cloud offerings effectively. Solution Architecture & Strategy Apply prior Solution Architect experience to guide presales and solutioning initiatives. Shape technical strategy to meet evolving client needs in cloud and infrastructure transformation. Provide thought leadership on large-scale cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs. Delivery Leadership Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services, transformation projects, and key client engagements. Ensure SLA compliance, governance, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. Establish standardized delivery frameworks and best practices across all accounts.
