Cyber Security Offshore Delivery Head

Job Title: Head – Cybersecurity Delivery Location: Bangalore/Mumbai About the Role Our client, a large global IT services organization, is looking for a senior leader to manage end-to-end Cybersecurity Delivery across multiple global clients. The role requires managing large-scale teams and complex cybersecurity programs across the EU and Americas regions. Key Responsibilities Lead Cybersecurity and GRC delivery across multiple clients, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. Manage a team of 2,000+ professionals across SOC, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Security, and GRC. Oversee a portfolio worth USD 100–150 million , driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Work closely with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders to define, implement, and optimize delivery strategies. Ensure seamless delivery across onsite and offshore teams and drive continuous improvement. Handle escalations, delivery governance, and P&L ownership for cybersecurity programs. Required Experience Minimum 20 years in IT services , with strong exposure to Cybersecurity Delivery . Proven experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 global IT services organizations . Experience delivering large-scale, multi-client cybersecurity programs across geographies. Strong people management, stakeholder communication, and client engagement skills. Sound understanding of project financials, profitability levers, and delivery excellence frameworks .
