About Us: Avenue Digital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record of driving successful advertising campaigns, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and manage impactful digital advertising campaigns that align with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth audience research to target the right demographics and optimize ad performance.
Design engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and compelling copy, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions to improve performance continuously.
Perform A/B testing on ad formats, placements, and messaging to identify top-performing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising platforms and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate digital advertising into overall marketing strategies.
Generate comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications: Required:
Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in managing advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve high ROAS.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
