We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing and Social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2C brands. You will leverage your expertise in paid media channels, analytics, and conversion optimization to deliver impactful results that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital and Social Media Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
  • Paid Media Management:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign creation, ad copywriting, targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and performance analysis to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Optimization & Analytics:
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments to identify winning strategies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to ensure integrated campaign success.
  • Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign capabilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing digital performance marketing campaigns for B2C brands.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Competencies:
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing campaign performance and maximizing ROI.
  • Preferred: Experience working in or familiarity with high-growth B2C sectors such as retail, e-commerce, fashion, or consumer services.
