Role Overview Insane Marketers is looking for a Media Buyer with hands-on experience running Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube conversion ads. A critical eye for detail and a love for daily data analysis is a must.

Planning, executing, and optimising conversion campaigns across Facebook and Google properties.

Continuously monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimizations to maximize scale, ensuring that KPIs and objectives are met both short and long term.

Compile and analyse daily data in Sheets to find insights on what's working and what's not working

Analyzing drops in performance, finding the root cause of these drops, and coming up with all the possible solutions to solve the problem

Realizing patterns from daily data and finding opportunities to further improve campaign performance, i.e., Ideate and regularly test new ad copies, creatives, audiences and campaigns

Work closely with content, creative and web development teams to ensure impeccable ad copies, ad video scripts, landing pages by relaying clear requirements that are data-driven

6 months of experience running conversion campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube at six or seven figure budgets

Excellent prioritization and project management skills

Skills and personal qualities you MUST have:

You have next-level Analytical Skills combined with a love for analysing raw data - and to be able to convert the raw data into actionable insights

You are resourceful and creative, able to ideate or recognize potential media buying opportunities.

You are always available for calls and maintain punctuality
