This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the US Sales Process. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Cold Calling Prospects, executing lead generation strategies, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. The role involves achieving sales targets, understanding client needs, and contributing to the overall business growth of the organization. Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market. Identify, qualify, and generate leads through B2B outreach. Build quick rapport with decision-makers and understand their business needs. Maintain accurate and updated data of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions. Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, B2B sales, or telemarketing. ~ Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone. ~ Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus. ~ Willingness to work in US shift timings.
