Description : Responsibilities and Duties :- Lead and manage a team of MERN Stack Developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines throughout the development lifecycle.- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality and performance.- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to address challenges.- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development, and share knowledge with the team.Key Skills:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4-7 years of experience in web development, with a focus on MERN stack technologies.- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services.- Experience with version control systems such as Git and proficiency in Agile development methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
