Description : Responsibilities and Duties : - Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable AI/ML models and applications.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines throughout the development lifecycle.- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality and performance.- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug models, and implement effective solutions to address challenges.- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML, and share knowledge with the team.Key Skills : - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on deploying machine learning models.- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.- Expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML solutions.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
