Description :Eminence Technology, established in 2008, is a global solutions provider specializing in software product development, mobile applications, data-driven web applications, AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT technologies.With a team of 100+ skilled professionals, we deliver comprehensive end-to-end servicesfrom ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and ongoing support.Headquartered in Mohali, India, we are committed to empowering startups and established businesses through innovative, scalable, and future-ready digital solutions.At Eminence Technology, we strive to shape technology for a digital-first world and enable organizations to innovate and grow.Role Description :We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to join our team in Mohali.In this on-site, full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and AI-driven applications.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build and optimize ML pipelines, perform natural language processing tasks, and contribute to innovative AI solutions.Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and AI solutions.- Build, train, and optimize ML models for various business applications.- Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.- Work on NLP-related tasks including text processing, classification, and sentiment analysis.- Develop AI-driven applications and integrate ML models into production systems.- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI/ML.- Document processes, models, and research findings.Qualifications & Skills :- Strong proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.- Solid foundation in Computer Science principles and Software Development practices.- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and core AI/ML algorithms.- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.- Knowledge of data preprocessing, model building, and evaluation techniques.- Experience with ML frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras (preferred).- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is an advantage.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
