We are looking for a skilled and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Group.Our team builds robust, scalable, and intelligent solutions across the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. We are at the forefront of innovation, integrating the latest Salesforce AI tools including Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder, and predictive analytics to deliver intelligent, automated experiences for both internal teams and customers.You'll work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, driving key business outcomes through smart architecture, clean code, and Dev Ops excellence.Major ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudLeverage Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein GPT, AI Search, Next Best Action, and Prompt Builder to automate processes and enhance user experiencesDevelop high-quality components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and FlowIntegrate Salesforce with external platforms and services using REST/SOAP APIsCollaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needsImplement and manage CI/CD processes using Copado, supporting version control, deployments, and automated testingSupport ongoing maintenance, debugging, and optimization of the Salesforce platformEnsure security, data integrity, and compliance across solutionsParticipate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiativesDesired BackgroundYour Knowledge & Skills1. At list 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments2. Proven experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud3. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow Builder4. Practical experience with Salesforce AI features (e.g., Einstein GPT, AI Search, Prompt Builder, prediction builder)5. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model6. Hands-on experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins)7. Familiarity with HTML, Java Script, CSS, and web development best practices8. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs9. Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, Metadata API, and deployment methodologies10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field11. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus12. Agile mindset, problem-solver, and team player with excellent communication skills
