We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Project Management with a strong civil engineering background to lead and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing support functions such as Quantity Surveying (QS), Technical Services, and Procurement , while driving performance through effective team management and result-oriented leadership .

Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple projects across civil and infrastructure domains.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate project support functions including QS, technical teams, and procurement .
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Establish and enforce project management best practices in alignment with PMI or equivalent standards.
Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project teams.
Lead regular project reviews and prepare executive updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory .
PMI/PMP Certification is preferred .
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong experience managing support functions: Quantity Surveying, Technical, and Procurement .
Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.
