Role Description
We seek a passionate Key Account Manager specializing in B2B Financing for udaanCapital, based in Gurgaon. This full-time, on-site role is focused on managing and scaling partnerships with existing clients. As a farming role, the primary responsibility is to expand and deepen relationships with udaanCapital's current clients, driving growth through enhanced collaboration and value-added services. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and establishing long-term business partnerships.
How Your Day Will Look at udaanCapital
Engagement & Relationship Building: Conduct 100+ interactions daily with CFOs, Sales Heads, and other senior decision-makers across client accounts, building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships.
Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple high-priority tasks efficiently, balancing responsibilities in account management, lead generation, and customer support to meet business objectives.
Insight & Strategy Sharing: Collaborate with the business and technology teams to provide actionable insights, continuously improving the customer experience and refining internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet monthly targets, including generating 300+ Trade partner leads from existing clients and achieving ₹3 crore in Assets Under Management (AUM).
Scale and strengthen partnerships with existing clients, fostering enduring relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Use data analysis to identify growth opportunities, producing detailed reports to support informed business and strategic decisions.
Collaborate across teams to address client requirements and enhance the customer journey, contributing to product improvements and service excellence.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the Fintech / Finance / SME Segment is mandatory.
A proactive approach to meeting targets and driving business growth.
Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in business planning and strategic execution.
Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, ideally within the B2B financing sector or a related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
