Manage FM Services (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) and Initiatives within the real estate portfolio, focusing on sustainable solutions.
Advice design & development team at DBR stage for design concept that needs to be incorporated.
Implement energy management plans to optimize energy usage across facilities, ensuring cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Implement operational excellence by establishing and maintaining best practices for facility management, including maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
Support and utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate and forecast the financial impact of facility management decisions, enabling informed strategic planning and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for leveraging renewable energy sources.
Provide support in driving the adoption of advanced technologies and smart systems to monitor and optimize services across facilities.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related facility management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
To ensure all the compliances related activities are taken care of.
BE - Electrical /Mechanical / Civil.
16+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a focus on facility management, property management, Township management
