About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development and land acquisition strategy for Dharavi Redevelopment real estate projects. The successful candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with exceptional expertise in strategic business development and land acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and land acquisition strategy for Dharavi Redevelopment projects
  • Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
  • Negotiate and finalize land acquisition deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, landowners, government authorities, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals, financial models, and investment strategies
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices
  • Oversee the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and technical assessments for potential land acquisitions
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering
