Mumbai (Chandivali-Powai) | Full Time | On-Site | Immediate Joining You will be the bridge between Crucible and the corporate world—building deep relationships with companies, to enable industry led practical learning for students. You’ll own the creation of pipelines for real-world learning and recruitment that directly shape the careers of our students. Building Industry Partnerships Position Crucible as a differentiated talent partner for both live projects and recruitment Create a network of recruiters, mentors, and industry collaborators who consistently engage with Crucible students Driving Live Learning Opportunities Secure live projects, apprenticeships, field immersions, and industry workshops that integrate into Crucible’s curriculum Partner with industry leaders to design problem statements and projects with real-world stakes Build and manage the final placement pipeline with full transparency and flexibility for students Match student profiles with recruiter requirements for the right role–fit, not just highest salary Building Industry Communities Create and manage strong industry and recruiter communities grouped by job function (e.g. HR, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Operations) Keep them engaged through free learning sessions, networking forums, and entertainment-led experiences Ensure these communities become a channel to feed Crucible insights, success stories, and updates, keeping us top-of-mind with recruiters for live projects and final placements --- Crucible Institute of Management is India’s 1st and only B-School where the fee students pay is based on the salary they get.
