For more information, visit: www.realme.com/in/Key responsibilities areas –Develop and execute comprehensive esports strategies, including organizing tournaments, events, and sponsorships, while identifying key opportunities aligned with brand goals.Manage logistics for esports events, coordinating with teams, sponsors, and organizers to ensure smooth execution.Build and maintain brand collaborations within the esports industry, negotiating partnerships with teams, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand visibility.Integrate brand collaborations into overall marketing campaigns by working with internal marketing and product teams.Establish and nurture relationships with esports stakeholders, such as event organizers, teams, and sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.Identify and engage with brands across industries to foster strategic partnerships and create collaborative opportunities that resonate with target audiences. Eligibility-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in media buying platforms (e.g., DoubleClick, Media Ocean) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Familiarity with consumer electronics trends, audience behaviours, and the competitive landscape in the consumer tech sector.Skills required: Expertise in developing and executing media strategies for the consumer electronics market, including strong negotiation skills and the ability to target tech-savvy segments.Advanced skills in analysing media performance metrics and leveraging data to optimize media spend.Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and automated bidding strategies.In-depth understanding of consumer electronics trends and the ability to create media strategies that resonate with tech-oriented audiences.Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, manage budgets effectively, and communicate strategies and performance persuasively.
