Media Buying Manager- Integrated

1. Budget Management & Allocation
- Budget Planning: Work with internal stakeholders to allocate budgets across different media platforms (TV, print, digital, radio, OOH, etc.).
- Cost Control: Ensure media investments are made within the assigned budget and negotiate rates with media partners for cost efficiencies.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate with teams to plan media campaigns that meet investment goals, with an understanding of target audiences and competitive landscape.
- Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, media consumption patterns, and technological advancements to improve media investment strategies.
2. Negotiation & Buying
- Vendor Management: Engage with media vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates, placements, and opportunities.
- Discounts & Value-Adds: Leverage relationships to obtain value-added media placements or discounts that enhance media value.
3. Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Campaign Performance: Monitor the effectiveness of media investments by tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- ROI Measurement: Measure the return on investment for media spend and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.4. Cross-Channel Coordination
4. Relationship Management
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients or internal teams about the progress and performance of media campaigns.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
5. Post-Campaign Evaluation
- Analysis & Reporting: Conduct a post-campaign analysis to assess the effectiveness of media investments and provide recommendations for improvement.
