  • Plan execute andoptimize media buys across Google Adsplatform.
  • Conduct market research to identifytarget audiences and media channels.
  • Create andmanage digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic leads andconversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance dataand provide actionable insights foroptimization.
  • Collaborate with creative andcontent teams to develop ad creatives andmessaging.
  • Monitor industry trends andcompetitor activities to inform media buyingstrategies.
  • Negotiate and secure ad placementsand media space to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgetspacing and bidding strategies to achieve performancegoals.
  • Implement A/B testing and otheroptimization tactics to improve campaignresults.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and otheranalytics tools to track and report on campaignperformance.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads bestpractices and new features to apply tocampaigns.
  • Communicate regularly withstakeholders to provide campaign updates andinsights.
  • Stay informed about industryregulations and compliance requirements related to mediabuying.
  • Assist in developing media buyingstrategies and media plans.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to align media buying efforts with overallmarketing goals.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Advertising Business or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in media buying andcampaign management especially within the Google Adsplatform.
  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizingdigital ad campaigns to achieve performancegoals.
  • Indepth knowledge of Google Ads andother digital advertising platforms.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret campaignperformance data and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills to secure optimal mediaplacements.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analyticstools such as Google Analytics to measure campaignperformance.
  • Creative mindset with the abilityto develop compelling ad creatives andmessaging.
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing principles and industrytrends.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracyand quality of work.
