Sales development representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 0-3 years of relevant experience to join our team at CRM.io . In this role, you will play a key part in our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads to drive new business opportunities. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will represent CRM.io’s innovative solutions, build interest, and set the stage for successful sales engagements. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers, creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads. Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and qualify their interest. Conduct discovery calls to understand potential customers' needs and challenges. Effectively communicate CRM.io’s value proposition to prospects, emphasizing its ability to automate customer conversations and boost sales. Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted outreach strategies for specific industries or regions. Maintain accurate lead data and track outreach activities in the CRM system. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market trends. Location Onsite - Hyderabad Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in Saa S or tech environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Linked In Sales Navigator). Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Additional Qualities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for driving innovation in sales. Eagerness to grow into a larger sales role within the company.
