Role Summary

We’re seeking dynamic and highly motivated Care Navigators to join the Foundational Team at Lenity. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build things from ground up in building top-notch concierge services for US. Here are some key traits we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular (inbound/outbound) touch-points with Medicare senior members (65+ years old) to navigate through their healthcare journey
  • Handling inquiries, complaints and issues promptly, professionally and with empathy.
  • Providing product/service information to assist scheduling, follow-ups and other related decisions and activities
  • Maintaining accurate records in the backend systems, staying updated on product, services and company policies and contributing actively towards building the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guardrails, and training plans.
