Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time (This will be a 5-day work-from-office experience.)
Timings: US (5:30pm to 2:30am) (Transportation will be provided)
Monthly CTC: 30-40k per month (negotiable based on prior experience and interview performance)
Desired Experience: 2+ years of experience in similar roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense management.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit presentations, reports, emails, and other business correspondence.
- Meeting Support: Plan and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Project Management: Oversee and execute special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity. Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced tools and software to streamline workflows, including calendar systems, project management platforms, and communication tools.
- Expense Management: Track, report, and reconcile executive expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate executive needs, identify challenges, and proactively offer solutions.
- Office Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive’s office.
